It has been better than expected. Mistakes?......I never make mistakes!

I'm going to be in trouble here but the mistake I made was thinking I would meet many Cypriots who were like some people on this forum, full of anger and hate. I haven't actually met one so far after 5 months. Whether you call it complacency the general attitude is one far more relaxed about their situation. Cypriots I know are simply concerned with their own lives and family. Still, it prepared me well in case it does happen. :D

I don't think the forum is full of people with anger and hate . . . and nor is the World . . . so Cyprus is no exception (although the people tend towards amiability more).

People who use strong words are usually less aggressive than those that seek acknowledgement for their niceness . . . they tend to have something to hide.

Serial murderess and the like . . . go around as nice as pie.

Whoa there girl...."serial murderess", where are you taking this??? I didn't say "full of people with anger and hate I said "some". How can you possibly deny this?

As for the nice ones hiding something, well you are entitled to your own opinions but I don't agree.

BTW I hope your meeting with your solicitor went well. :D

Excellent, good work, tickety boo, tally ho, toodle oo, pip-pip . . . what a jolly nice chap he is :D
. . . . and he uses the strongest language

.... you feeling ok??

Sorry . . . I am having a "sugar rush" after my celebratory box of Loukoumia.

Loukoumia...Mmmmm....

But Natty . . . can you manage a whole box in one sitting ?. . . I am sure I hold the World record

My solicitor in Cyprus is a sexy blonde lady with very tight jeans! I love that, no pretentions. Was yours wearing a pinstripe suit by any chance?

Girl I am impressed! It's always been a dream of mine to get through a whole box in one sitting, but alas I have never managed it...

You're my idol!

Niki,

Is your solicitor in Larnaca by any chance? Sounds like someone I know.

I did answer your question (first page) but things then went off at a tangent. Threads just get carried off in different directions sometimes, it's the way it is. You can get people back on track.

To be honest I find that this forum is not great for helpful answers although some people do try. Too many strong personalities having their say. Sorry it wasn't what you wanted.
