Very happy that you have started writing your journal so that we can also come along for the ride with you on your epic journey to your home and birth place, Cyprus. I'm loving reading your story and the suspense that comes with it, which feels much bigger than the one on the Golden Gate Bridge is also killing me on awaiting for your next segment.

Welcome back.

Kikapu, hang on a bit longer, you don't want to miss the remaining segments...

If you sat next to me and held my hand, that would help a great deal Natty, and while we are awaiting on Bir's next segment, you can sing "somewhere over the rainbow" to me.

With pleasure Kikapu, you know how much I enjoy singing "Somewhere over the rainbow" to you!

And if it helps you hold on that little bit longer, how could I possibly refuse the request?

'Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high, there's a land that I heard of once in a lullaby...'

Hi Bir,

I am enjoying and weeping with you as you write your experience. I also have emotions about myself because I have put off returning to Cyprus for 15 years, and its getting harder to face returning the longer it goes on. I hope to repeat your experience personally before I am an old man.

Keep writing abi.

Keep it up Bir abi......Great bit of writing.

I really am feeling everything you feel. It is hard to find people that see the world as deep as you see it and the smells and the sounds people usually miss. I had these deep feelings in 1974 when my dad took us back for the first time.
