i have installed Primehome packet (TV and internet) few days ago. So today, i was looking forward to watch Champions League on Sigma Sport channel at home.
The channel was working before but now IT doesn't work. Gives me masagge Channel ic currently unavailable....
Has anyone had this kind of shock??? I am extremelly angry...
Is this happening often or it is just bad coincidence? Why is this happening?
Does anyone have similar problems?

Did you call Primetel support? When I have problems with Mivision I always call them. Some weeks ago the receiver stopped working. I called them at around 8pm and the next morning they came and changed it.

ok. I called support and they told me they have upgraded the system today afternoon. So i had to restart my modem. And also i didn't know i have to watch Sigma sport through NOVA cy. Thank you for your responce Sotos. Cheers. I will watch second half champ league.
