Someone should put an end to this madness

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

It went over your head because you can't comprehend. Maybe you should stop drinking that Aussie beer, then looking at the posts again when you're sober...

Hey utu, its better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression you just look stupid rather than opening it and removing all doubt...

Its either:
1...With winter fast approaching, looks like the inner substance, liquid in your case, of your head has shit itself and prematurely has gone into a frosted up overdrive...why not stick your head in the oven and push defrost...This might improve your comprehension skills...

or

2...with winter fast approaching you have gone into hybernation
Image
you are trying to keep warm...the only drawback is the lack of oxygen is clouding your comprehension ability...worth considering coming out every now then...for fresh air...

I suppose the above is a prime example of what you would call a sense of humor? I also suppose that the only input that you want from non-Cypriot-connected members of the forum are opinions that agree with yours 100%. Well, so sorry to rain on your parade, but I will continue to post my own opinions on this forum, even if you don't happen to agree with them. If you don't like it, then tough. Democracy is about the freedom to air different forms of opinion, and I can only conclude by your attitude on this forum that you do not hold to that philosophy. Is that what you want for Cyprus?

Hang on a minute...el thicko

You must have gone searching deep, deep, inside to get this doozie...show me where I have said or implied the above...Again as I said before, right over your head...Learn to read and learn to comprehend, before you go off to the never never land...

It's one thing airing and it's another thing farting...and so far all you've been doing is farting...just highlighting it out to you...you are suffocating us...

Same here, I go there often and see dozens of TCs in and out as happy as can be... not even the slightest commotion!

GetReal, get real will you. The vandals are unlikely to use their charms on TC cars when such a TC loving person like you are around, are they?

THis vandalism thing is kind of strange. OK the police are inefficient and have not caught anyone. But how about the victims? Not even one victim has come forth with a name and car number, not one photo in the papers, not one incident reported to the public prosecutor's office. Strange!

Nikitas,
I have two theories regarding this.

1) Cyprus is a small place. Every body knows someone who knows somebody who is important. I am not suggesting anything other than thats the way it is.(I know it the way in the north, but I have the experience in the south)

2) They think they will be laughed off.

Deniz,

There are in RoC several dozen privately owned radio, tv stations, not to mention newspapers and magazines on the lookout for a good scandal that will increas their sales. In addition there are corespondents of mainland Greek papers who are out for Pap's blood (grant me some personal knowledge of this please!) and they would love to have some juicy photos of TC cars broken up by vandals.

To get a little technical. The IKEA car park is festooned with security cameras. If people were going round sticking leaflets on cars the cameras would have caught them. IKEA is a Swedish company run by mainland Greek agents Fourlis S.A. they have the means to circumvent any koumbaros network and give CCTV footage to a the papers. None of this happened and it might not have happened because there is nothing to report.

The whole deal is a little fishy. Sener Levent in Afrika as well as other TC papers have reported the Talat governments confusion at the boom in retails purchases by TCs in the south. Levent reports that since the prohibition of RoC meat sales in the TRNC, prices jumped 50 per cent in one day. Prices tend to be higher in any case, despite the lower level of incomes. The deal reminds me of the days of the Turk to Turk campaign but that ploy will not work anymore. People have experiences to judge and the EU is right there to keep things in line. It is not easy to enforce separation nor to find an excuse to close the check points, which Talat would love to do.

Thanks for your response Nikitas. If the 'vandalism' reportsare false I am ' a liars liar' as they say in Turkish. I am taking a light hearted view of this. Maybe unfortunately. If 'victims' would provide 'proof' then....

....what if security camera operators are supporters of Tpapa?

...no wonder I hate politiking.

It's one thing airing and it's another thing farting...and so far all you've been doing is farting...just highlighting it out to you...you are suffocating us...

And you are disgusting me. You are coming across as a Turkish Cypriot - hating nihlist whose vision of Cyprus is that of a unitary state where Greek Cypriots lord it over all non-Greeks. Sounds a little like National Socialism to me. Particularly so when you attack me for opining about a federal solution. It's not hard to see why people like Erec Dayi, Zan, and Expatkiwi react the way that they do. In any case, I won't even be dignifying any future comments you make on my postings with a reply. You're just no longer worth the effort of typing....

There are "Personal" bombs going off under peoples cars and such serious news gets brushed under the carpet where the fact that the convictions of those that are laundering money by the millions are lying there already un-convicted and we are to believe that the newspapers are going to go against the "RoC".....Give me a brake will you
