I don't understand how this trade (whether materials or tourists) when it comes/goes from the territory without being "touched" by the recognised government will not prejudice said sovereignty, in this case the RoC.
If tourists come direct to the occupied areas then they will not see any sign of the RoC. The tourist having his passport "stamped" will effectively recognise the state (assume "TRNC") and with this action the territorial integrity of the RoC has been lost.
