Something which keeps going around my mind, the orthodox church specifically the countrys which are , seem to always be against the wall for one reason or another. Are we the front line of attack when man becomes self destructive? The beginning of the church , from the apostles was far reaching with rome itself turning from self worship to worship of the true creative energy and christ who is in essence with god. Constantnopoli is the the centre of our religion, but politics ensured a crusade against it. It fell and was taken by turkey with the death in modern day turkey of the mass of christians amounting to 66.4 million. The rembetika music came from the refugees of people running from their homes in modern turkey, because they were christians. This persecution of orthodox christians has never stopped, indeed it is now taken the high level of the secret universal government, if it exists, to bring foward a false diluted and easily disproved christianity.
