Well i am shoping for a property in yermasoyeia, since you didn't provide the size i will assume between 60-70 sqm. I am looking to ~£73k, but will need to see pics.

On another note, is that what the rent is these days? I have almost decided on a 1 bed in yermasoyeia and if i can rent it for 300-350 i would be happy. It's only 65sqm and fully furnished & also two years old.
