do you interest flats in nicosia (north) . £50000 brings £350 a month rent. original deeds. in the best location 120sqm. next to english embassy. i have 2 and 3 bed for same price 6 of them. in 3 years prices will be doubled !! same area flats going £70000 now. 2 is not finished completely and can be sold by monthly payments.
