Unfortunately my English do not allow me to transfer the atmosphere and the pane included in the following article .I will try to give
,at least, the main meaning.

"Growing up we started to wonder about our mother launguage and generally about our routes.Why we were speaking Romeika, in a country where they speak Turkish? Continuesly we had new questions about to -who we are-and from where we are coming.

Eevery one was trying to say something. Some were saying what hey heard from their parents and grand parents and some others had their own conclusions.But everytime we were coming to the conclusion hat we must have a relation with Romious and of course with Greece.

The most difficult question to be replied was whether we were the grandchilds of Greeks who became mouslims or the grandchilds of Turks who learned Romeika from Greeks?Our hild years passed with the above unreplied questions.

We were facing problems with our mother language even when we were travelling abroad.Every time we were speaking between us in Romeika the first question was "what language do you speak?"When we were eplying Romika we were receiving other questions and various reactions.

Slowly slowly we started to feel as second class people . Every time the discussion was about Greeks , the propaganta saying that Greeks are a nation of no pride and they are the enemy was making us to feel very sad.We were feeling very bad with the posibility above propaganta to be true and for us,at he time we are speaking a similar language. For this reason we stated to ide the true and every time someone was asking what language we are speaking we were saying "Lazika".

The problems we were facing with our mother language were completing with the movies in TV.When we were wathing movies which were related to fights between Byzantine and Turks or Greeks with Turks we were feeling very bad because always he Greeks were presented as the bad side. We had to take a decision who to support the bad Greeks or the honest Turks heroes.Our mother language was not allowed us to decide who o suppot.In such circustances we were living in psichological situations which human beings never had in the history.

Watching the movie we were supporting the Turks heroes but we were felling guildy for this.As an effort to hide this phichological situation we were trying to express much more hapiness for the heroic Turks trying to show this in our face at he im our mind was guiding us to the opposite direction.

TODAY

Today, the Grek speaking population of Pontos which was pressed between the love to its mother language and to one difficult id can not survive.Already many of us started to teach Turkish to their childs as from their berth .In adition the racist propaganta which recently increased is near to demolish one whole nation with an ncient civilization. When a civilization is dissapear this mean a population is dessapear . Who will pay for this crime-I do not know."

THIS WAS THE ARTICLE.I DEDICATE SAME TO THESE WHO TO NOT UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE TO BE GREEK OF CYPRUS AND NOT A SIMPLE CYPRIOT.

Re malaka epsilon do you also consider the Americans and Australians to be English or do you accept them as Americans and Australians...If it's the latter why then can a person born in Cyprus be a Cypriot?

More examples?...Singapore's main language is Chinese...do you consider them Chinese or Singaporeans?

I respond to you in the manner most appropriate for the rubbish you post.
I consider you a partitionist and a traitor to Cyprus. You steadfastly refuse to recognise the unique Cypriot ethnicity , you ridicule and denigrate the land of my ancestors , who incidentally never set a foot in Greece , and you expect me to respond in a civil way.
I remind you once again that Cyprus is FAR superior in every way to either Greece or Turkey , we are Cypriots some Greek and some Turkish but PRIMARILY CYPRIOTS .

But you still have not addressed the issue as to why reminding everyone of their roots, would help remove the Turkish troops from Cyprus? [because clearly that's what every Cypriot (Greek or Turkish or Maronite etc) is working towards].

Only traitors produce obstacles to the removal of the Turkish Troops from Cyprus.

The point is what they are these trying to sign an agreement of co-operation in whole Island with the invators.

If there was a way to through out the invators, giving them nothing, i will be the first to support this way. But the actual facts allowing us only to two options -either to make a partnership with them in all Cyprus or to try to convist them to leave us a part without their control.

These who believe that Turkish troops, OR THEIR CONTROLl will depart from Cyprus because you declare yourselfs as Cypriots coming from a space Nation you are just dreaming.

You do not make sence...I was born in Cyprus and that makes me a Cypriot...It has nothing to do if the turk troops are there or not...

Meltiade, i consider that you, personally has no ancestors. You born in about 1945 in an Island and you was the first creating the rase of Cypriots.The Salamis, Engomi, Amathous etc etc were created by an allien nation came from Serious star.Likewise you created the allien ntion of Cyprus.
