It was the same in the 1960s GCs closed their eyes to what was going on around them in the hope they would not have to deal with it and therefore not have to be feel guilty or have a conscience about what was happening to other "Cypriots" namely TCs. Go talk to your police who tell TCs not to report the incident or just mock the importance of what happened. You are the one who has made the claim that you have a "peaceful existence" with the GC's for the last 33 years, so obviously it is not against them that you are arming yourself. we lost most of the island in 1963 and were stuffed into only 3%, as if this was not enough from 1963 onwards GCs wanted us to lose the whole island by giving it to Greece and you harp on about us being wrong and why? becuase we fought back and got a share of this island where we secured the right to live like human beings without being discriminated and persecuted.
