TC's To Vote 2008 Cyprus Election - This is equality

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

You still do not know your own people, GCs are greedy they do not want to share jack shit with TCs, they want a GC state run by GCs for GCs which they have today all they really want is land and in order to do this they label it unity and we are all Cypriots as long as they are the numerical majority. Although I respect your right to want unity you shoudl return the favor for my right to want agreed partition becuase I can see what you cant and never will.

No mate, you are the greedy ones, because you are the 18% and you demand 30% of land and 50% of power. What we want is just our fair share nothing more. You have no right to enforce partition because it is illegal and against the human rights of 100s of thousands of Cypriots.

Piratis I am willing to live with GCs in the TRNC under conditions as seen fit by you for me if I were to move south. How about that?

wont happen in a hurry mate ........ politicains are making sure of that. really disapointed with both sides just yesterday I read that Papadopoulos said unification will solve all problems arising. However neither he or talat have presented a new plan to the UN for consideration. so for the moment enjoy living among the majority who speaks your language and don't be concerned about going anywhere yet.

I am under no illusion that a solution will be found because the chasm is to wide and getting wider by the day. I still feel we lost the biggest chance we will ever have and that was the momentum during the AP which was of course rejected by the GCs, that when I realized that there will never be unfication but only further stalemate and a gradual relaxing of the isolation which according to GCs doesnt exsist but the rest of the world acknowledges.
