Dot and Dave

Postby Acorn » Wed Nov 21, 2007 9:33 am

I have been married to Dot for 32 years. When we first met I was broke and seriously in debt and she used to pay my bills and buy clothes for me . We married and she took over all the finances. Dot now has full use of all my credit cards and wants for very little. When I ask what she wants for Christmas she says somethng smelly or bubble bath. What can I get her for Christmas? Maybe another leather flying helmet so she can ride pillion on my moped.
Any ideas?

Spa treatment at a local beauty salon or hotel.

Dear Dave,
The sound of yet another infamous leather flying helmet sounds quite amusing as per your other thread regarding this. May i suggest that if you do decide to buy another helmet you find a black one, this way it doesn't matter if yours stays purple or goes brown... the colours won't clash...

You could play clever here....
Don't spend any money, just simply fart in the bath.
Smelly,with bubbles.... and it's free...

Good luck with your quest..

Dear Tessintrnc,
If you look at my pic the box around my head is to protect me in such said incidents...
But I respect your comments.......

Errrr.......... how about doing instead of getting something different for Christmas like cooking chicken breast stuffed with mozzerella and a slice of beef tomato a pinch of basil and salt, with steamed veg and creamed potatoes...... and a petit creme brulle finished off under the grill... and of couse wine to suit........

Or pop socks....

Or even a combination of both.... (but don't serve the dinner in the socks it makes an awful mess). :?

Phil can show his helmet to two girls but I am the one with the leather flying helmet.
I once caught my son farting into a plastic bag and chasing his sister with it. Maybe an idea for something smelly for my Dot.

I should be in Larnaca during the Christmas period and if Phill and Acorn won't show you theirs I could offer mine for inspection .

It's probably not as grand as theirs as it's had a battering over the years through constant use and ravaged by time ~ it's a bit of an antique but it's still functional .

You could say it's more like a crawling not a flying helmet as it goes slower these days ~~ but some how I feel this is better than the faster "flying" helmets that are on and off all the time and don't give the wearer any lasting satisfaction.
