PARTITION-CAN WE ACCEPT IT

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Look at what they discussed for the application of the Anan Plan then. An increase of the checkpoints for 3 to 10!!

I told you T-Pap is going to kill BBF.Be sure of that, have some patience.Leave this discussion open and we talk again in 4 months....

Ok, let's talk again in 4 months but keep in mind that killing BBF means partition. There's no other solution than partition or BBF.

And if we don't accept either? Is Turkey ready to sacrifice her EU accession?

I don't think that no one side has the luxury not to accept federation or partition.

Isn't this what is happening?

We accept federation, but most definetly not what you call federation that is actually a loose confederation.

So whats next?

I expect there'll be one more final chance in reaching an agreement for a bicommunal bizonal federation. If we don't agree this time, I expect we'll start talking about the conditions for an agreed partition.

How about start talking about TCs coming back to RoC instead?

The only way that could work is if the RoC is transformed into a bizonal federation. In other words, TCs will have the same rights in the RoC but the RoC will be adapted to be bizonal. At that point, we'll be talking about bicommunal bizonal federation again.

Why do you insist on us coming back to something that broke down 1963??? The situation has changed totally we have changed, attitudes have changed.

Because this is going to heppen 15 years down the road when Turkey will be joining the EU and you will be left flying in the air.
We want to save time both for you and for us.
