The president's meeting in Tseri

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Bananiot » Tue Nov 20, 2007 11:40 pm

GR, isn't Tseri an AKEL bastion? Did Papadopoulos thank the Akelites for doing him the pleasure in 2003? Or perhaps he repeated the "egopathic - narcissus" labels that DIKO has branded Christofias with the day before yesterday?

P.S. Hopefully joe will not tell you off for trying to win voted for Papadopoulos.

This suggests that you were impressed with the content since GR! did not express an opinion.

Of course I was impressed but may be I misled you. The statement you underlined should read:

Hopefully joe will not tell you off for trying to win votes for Papadopoulos

Daemon, given that it's a prerequisite to have logical analytical skills in order to be able to properly evaluate any given complex scenario such as CyProb direction, please seriously consider ignoring your opinion as it is not in your interests or that of your country.

Yes, that's a well known fact.

Did Papadopoulos thank the Akelites for doing him the pleasure in 2003? Or perhaps he repeated the "egopathic - narcissus" labels that DIKO has branded Christofias with the day before yesterday?

It's funny you ask because he DID thank the DIKO-AKEL-EDEK partnership which helped the RoC pull through some VERY difficult times, and especially in getting across to the disappointed world why the AP was rejected despite promises of approval by previous governments!

Sorry, do you want to rephrase the question? I'm not aware of what Christofias was branded.

Sorry but nothing will convince me to support Tassos and I never did......He cannot get us out of the mess we are in.

Turkey has a habit of signing on the dotted line and then "changing" her mind the next day and this should be an eye-opener for anyone who still thinks that Turkey would've kept her side of the bargain in the Annan Plan, such as removing troops at specific dates etc, a plan that would've dragged on for two whole decades constantly relying heavily on Turkey's "word of honor"!!!

Wake up people...

Come on GR, Pres. Makarios also signed on the dotted line.

Not that I agree with what you're implying here but how is it technically appropriate to jump to the Makarios days now? Are you not aware of the number of times Turkey has dishonored her signature in the last 5 years?

GR it seems common practice to dishonour signatures, so why make an issue of it. Make sure you never wash your hand again. (the one that shook Tpapa hand)
