Hi Bucksboy,

There are a few online French (Language) Lessons available. There are also language courses which you can buy CD Roms for. One name that comes to mind quickly is the Rossetta Stone method.

It is pricey but once you have the discs they can either be shared by someone else who may be interested in Parlez Francais so the could be shared and that way reduce the cost.

Hi Again,

Glad that you are sorted, Yes I spent a long time over there. I had a few good friends many of whom sadly died others moved away.

There are one or two people who are still there, we keep up to date via email regularly.

Are you planning a holiday to France ? I only ask because of you taking French Lessons.

Planning to relocate to France (Probably Midi Pyrenees) when I can sell my house here in Cyprus.
It;s taking a long time to achieve and the resale market here in Cyprus is pretty flat.
Where are you in France? :D

I am in SW France ( the Gers) . It is beautiful here, it took us a long time sell when we were in Cyprus. I hear that the water situation is pretty bad over there. Do you think that will affect the sale of houses. ?

We had a hard time getting our title deeds when we were over when we were trying to sell in Cyprus and we discovered that selling without them was almost impossible. We finally managed to get them, but, it cost us a lot of money, and a lot of stress.

Why on earth would anyone want to move to France???

Its a socialist country with lazy people and a complicated high tax system!!!

And 50% of the French speak English when they want your £$£$...
