Hhhhmmm . . . last time he posted was after we had a fight

He loved sparring with me, was always up for it . But that particular sad unfortunate day, he said something bad about Cypriots and I "balanced" his comment. He got hotter and hotter and before I knew it, he said he had left for 18 months from the forum before, and he was leaving again!

I miss him

What will it take to entice him back?

Seriously now I dont blame you or anybody ... if it was his choice to leave then i understand...is good that he left if he was upset.. I did not follow that thread so I dont really know what happen but ok I wont say more since it was his choice.

I wish more people could get some off from the forum relax and come back more calm and human.

I think it was the "which animal you want to be"( ) thread . . . I did nothing other than defend Cyprus against an unfair accusation. This is what the forum is for as far as I am concerned.

I am sure there were other reasons but he used it as an excuse to flounce off with effect . . . I am familiar with such behaviour and do not sympathise.

As for Halil . . . he has threatened me personally, out of the blue, whilst I was referring to politics in a political thread!

The personal attacks on me have been many Lena . . because unlike you I do not conform to the female stereotype. My generation of women have had to fight men to get equality in the workplace etc. . . . so maybe you are not familiar with my desire to speak out against ALL wrongs.

VP & MR-from-NG like nothing more than to use my age and sex to try to embarrass me off the political stuff. I am old enough, and having worked with men (mostly scientists who are way smarter than these people) all my life I am used to such behaviour.

Real men are OK with strong women . . . it's only the sexist perverts that cannot cope.

Before you come in the forum I was posting in the Cyprus problem defending what i think is right and speak loud about what i think was wrong. But I do it in a proper way as i was tough to speak. My mother raised me up by teaching me how i should behave. Well I behave. I admit that you can easily get out of the line around here and even worst in real life.

My age or my sex never kept me silent and that caused me many problems.

You have the reputation of the female Turk hater around here. I dont believe you were threaten by Halil. I told believe that you found it offensive that somebody told you to stay away from something you want. You say that you have enough carriage to talk loud about what you believe but here you present your self like a weak woman who cry in the corner because Halil told you off. Give me a break.

A woman like you who made lots of members here doubt if you are a woman or not, who is able to create several accounts and lie to people...(I even felt into your trap), a woman who is able to stand for what she believes in a section that the majority are men and be respected by them (meaning that they respect you enough to reply back to you), a woman who managed to pissed off the older member of the forum and send him home to relax....should i go on?....is threatened by Halil. I really dont bite that my dear.

Halil is just a TC! Dont believe that he has so much power in his hands to be able to shut you up or keep you away from Cyprus.

As for Devil, excuse me but I wont go back and read the thread ... what happened between you two is not my business and I do not think if you asked Devil to stay he was going to do it. It seems to me that he is not a baby! So I wont even ask again about the whole thing.

Also just a note to you...a long time before you come to this forum...I had to go through all this crap about my age and sex...and I am younger than you are so it was even more difficult from what you are doing now. If my dear Pyros, Miltiades and Kikapu remember I had my first fights with them about both of those issues. The worst was with Pyros. I still laugh with that.

As for who are Real men and what their attitude is like...I wont even comment on your statement because i can only laugh with that.

phoenix attacked Chesire Cat in a thread about Lawyers that was very unnecessry (as well as unwarrented), and she has said quiet a few really stupid and offensive things to me that makes me want not to deal with her either. she says she wants to speak her mind, which is her right, but in doing so, she tends to create alot of enemies.

On the contrary I only suggested you use the feminine side of your personality because you know that can keep certain attitudes at bay. I applaud you.

On the whole . . . I try to avoid that because it is an unfair tactic when dealing with men.

As Chimera, no one knew I was female . . . and I maybe overplayed the "maleness" but I got my message through. Until I became too much of a threat and Zan unleashed his power games. Unfortunately he implicated GR! as having multiple personalities. I had very quickly realised GR!'s strengths as being more important on this forum than mine so I disposed of Chimera.

But that does not mean I did not have the right to try again . . . hence phoenix. I had more "equality" in the Cyprob threads before I had to reveal being female. So I know for a fact that responses are different depending on whether other posters think you are male or female . . . I have good experience now.

Boumboulina was my bit of fun . . . because like it or not, I am VERY female in real life. I did not go to great lengths to hide her as phoenix's puppet . . . I think you were the only one that was fooled (thanks for that kindly PM) . . . and maybe that's why you are still sore at me. Sorry!

As for Halil . . . I never said I was afraid of him and if you see my post I categorically state I do not suck up to Turks to visit my country. I am sure he can defend himself to me if he wishes. So I will thank you Lena not to put me in the situation of discussing him with you.

But he did threaten me to stay away from Cyprus . . . which I think is out of order.

However, I always stand on my own two feet and I have not resorted to asking anyone or admin etc to intervene.

First of all I was not sicking for attention. I have enough and more than i can handle lately. This was to clear what happened in my mind i guess. Really did not had any idea of the reason that Devil left and when i heard about the rain last night in Cyprus i thought of him. Nothing further than that. I do not tend to send pms asking people to come back or go away or tell them to post or not. I do reply to pms though and send when i want to ask or give info about something that i do not want to do it in public...but lately i realize that pms are public as well

Halil reads the forum and if he wants to comment he will...what is been said between you two is also in this forum and everybody can read that too. YOU mention Halil anyway in the way that you got threatened by him etc etc.

As for the unfair part with men... is it fair to tell you off from politics because you are a woman? I dont use female power in Cyprus problem section anyway.

In my humble opinion Chimera Boumboulina and who ever else you create is sickness of a mind who cannot stand on his/her own and say what she/he has to say.

I never created any other account to be accepted in this forum or anywhere else. I do not tend to look who is who in this forum because is just a forum which we write our opinion share info etc. So from the beginning i was LENA, female and 22 now 23 who used to study and now work who has her own mind and live in her own world.

I am not sore at you because of that pm...but from what i read from you...I tend to ignore people and post that i think i will waste my time! Sorry. Personal opinion.

As for the threats as i told you before....you make all this fuzz for being strong enough to be a woman and say straight your opinion and you go out of order often just to put others in order as you say...but you make a whole mess because Halil told you off from Cyprus

I am suprised by how much time you have on your hands that you wish to spend on the forum. When I was studying, at your age, my nose was constantly in a book, or I was at the lab, or in lectures or out with friends.

When you get to my age, you too may be running your own business from home, and family commitments may tie you to the house more than when you were single. That's when you can afford to waste time doing this sort of thing as I do. Not in your important 20's.

So don't waste your life meddling in other peoples "virtuel" situations. I've lived my real life and it has been glorious. Now, I want to make Cyprus a better place for my son and perhaps your children to come.

Spend as much time as you like on the forum, it has nothing to do with me in the end . . . . only when you make it my business by meddling in what I post and to whom, do I then have to waste yet more time sorting things out. So do me a favour and let me get on with what I have to do and stop stirring things up when you should be out living life to the full.

I am not here to make friends . . . although I count myself fortunate to have got better acquainted with some true compatriots that I cherish dearly . . . But there will always be the likes of GG and Karma that get their sad kicks this way. You too may find there are a few who do not support you and your ways if someone singled you out for criticism.

Yet we are all here for our own reasons; and I have never encouraged anyone to leave, let alone forced them off the forum . . . I was a victim of that myself, and would never do it to anyone else. Devil's departure is entirely his own affair and I do not appreciate you accusing me of such dealings.

You are mostly a sweet young person . . . and you remind me of the village gossips I will have to start getting used to again
