I would then promptly set sail a ship under the Cyprus flag and enter the port of Famagusta. I wonder how the Turks would stop a ship that is legally registered in Cyprus, that is legally entering one of its own ports that is has legally deemed open! I wonder how the EU would react if the Turks stop or sink this ship from entering its own portss. I wonder if we have politicians with the balls to do this. And I also wonder if the Turks realise the implication of opening the port to traffic. It poses some very interesting questions!
Interesting thoughts!
Could you analyze the underlined part as to what it means in practice?
Pyro, you can be so thick sometimes…
The moment you grant ANY form of recognition to ANY part of our occupied territories not only do you contravene UN resolution 541 (1983) but you also lead the way for the rest of the world to step all over your international rights!
Read this and don't EVER forget it please...
Concerned at the declaration by the Turkish Cypriot authorities issued on 15 November 1983 which purports to create an independent state in northern Cyprus,
Considering that this declaration is incompatible with the 1960 Treaty concerning the establishment of the Republic of Cyprus and the 1960 Treaty of Guarantee,
Considering therefore that the attempt to create a "Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus", is invalid, and will contribute to a worsening of the situation in Cyprus,
1. Deplores the declaration of the Turkish Cypriot authorities of the purported secession of part of the Republic of Cyprus;
2. Considers the declaration referred to above as legally invalid and calls for its withdrawal;
3. Calls for the urgent and effective implementation of its resolutions 365(1974) and 367(1975);
6. Calls upon all States to respect the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and non-alignment of the Republic of Cyprus;
7. Calls upon all States not to recognise any Cypriot state other than the Republic of Cyprus;

Listen man don't call me thick!
I don't have much time to contribute lately so instead of analyzing it myself, and proving that it can't be done without recognizing the pseudo, i gathered I should tell the man (mikkie2 was it?) to analyze it a bit as to what it means in practice. I was sure he would come to the same conclusion. As you can see on his having second thoughts he has not even replied to my request.
Any clearer to you now?
I stand by whatever I write, his thought was in fact interesting.
