Tasos Papadopoulos comes to Tseri...

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Daemon » Tue Nov 20, 2007 4:46 pm

A president is responsible for his actions and to choose between the options he have, we can’t accuse god and present invisible divine rights where the circumstances are created from the human factor and where this world wide human factor it spitting as in every way by his “choices” where he choose to fraud everyone that was trying to help and where he actually choose to spit on the human factor that was responsible for our advantages against Turkey in the Cyprus problem all this years, where the world in other times was much worst and this research on human rights (where the human factor points the limits) could not make any difference on the will of power.

For example if America wanted to keep the Turks on the island they could find a reason to recognized TRNC and no one could do a shit about it as long they have the power to do so.

Where in past times the communists were not asking anyone for their actions and there was not a human rights research because those human rights were already pointed under a dogma. Like of course was happening before that dogma with every other dogma based in beliefs and in the forced passive reaction of the masses.

Today why living in a world that the minorities and the person is respected by limits pointed with human reason and not divine rights and is the presented situation is the one that allows the Cypriot bullies to pretend the patriots against the whole world in a reality that does not forcing divine rights.

In fact in this issue, on the respect of the person our world is more evolved than ever, where even in the motherland of human rights (Ancient Greece) the will of power had much more important role in the outcome.

Who has disappointed those people, Bananiot? Talat, Erdogan, De Soto and the Anglo-Americans are the ones that disappointed those people, and not the GCs! Those thousands of people were demonstrating in favor of the Annan plan since its 1st version, which with a minimum of fine tuning and completion could have also been accepted by the GC community -as the polls at the time were indicating! However, all the above factors I have mentioned, were not interested in a solution of the Cyprus problem, but only how to please Turkey and facilitate its EU accession process -something in which they did not succeed either; thus they kept making changes to the initial versions -including changing its philosophy too, so that Turkey (not the TCs) could say "yes!" If the TCs wish to blame someone, this should only be their leadership of Denktash (and Talat) and Turkey for their greediness, and not the GCs or Papadopoulos!

Ho my god Kifeas everyone else to blame except the GCs...yet again, will you never do some self analysis?

I know VP! The truth always hearts! I know!

So are you claiming the GCs are always right?

VP, all I know is that the two leaders -Papadopoulos and Talat, had signed an agreement ("8th of July,") but now Talat (because of Turkey) doesn't want to honor this agreement! One and half years have been wasted since July 2006 -in which time we would negotiated and potentially could or would have solved most of the parameters of the Cyprus issue; but unfortunately because of your side's backtracking and sidetracking all these 18 months, nothing has happened; yet your side has the nerve to complain about time limits! Isn't it ridiculous!

Knowing your side so well President Talat is wise to ask for time frames as papadop will stall and blame us for the deadlock plus he will have taken us away from the AP which will always be a basis for any future agreements, have you ever considered this? Your leader has election fever and he will even meet with a man he does not even want to have a social engagement with, papdop is not sincere and as long as you vote him in you will get more of the last 5 years where just like you, you blame all and sundry but never the GCs. You have what you want a GC state recognized by the world the rest is all for show.

Spoken like a true politician again, Kifeas. It was only me having a dig at all politicians. It makes sense to me though.

In fact this is hypocrisy of the barbarian Cypriots about their great democracy and their great grip about the human rights that in fact conflicts with their being. Where as a minority against the whole world they believe what their apprehensions on what Democracy is and what human rights is all about they can’t respect the minority rights and they implement the barbarian way of the power of will in a “democratic” method far away from the today standards-limits of a democracy. And where they actually have the nerve to accuse the world-wide majority what their majority is the fittest for the problem and what at variance with their belief’s the world must be forced to their minority rights. I will not discuss their rights but what they are doing is just a way to justify the will of power that they accuse as the main problem for their own inability to accept reality and move on.

And this is another prove for the outsider’s what the semi-barbarians Cypriots can’t pass a direct osmosis (and a mono-cultural state) between two cultures where the majority culture have this apprehension for reality.

I can’t understand how this people suggesting what the GC’s as majority are capable to respect minority cultural rights where their introvert religion based culture can’t even respect the different opinion.

During the last meeting between Papadopoulos and Talat, the Turkish Cypriot leader asked Papadopoulos to choose any one of the five versions of the Annan Plan and take it from there. He told Papadopoulos that he was ready for relentless negotiations until they agreed to a final version. Papadopoulos turned his back, despite the fact that he is on record saying that he agrees with the philosophy of the Annan Plan.

At the same time, many of his close associates (Aggelides, Koutsou, Rikkos etc) and people in his election campaign committee, have daemonised the philosophy of the Annan Plan and have been asking for a new basis on which negotiations for a solution will be held on. These people, despite their vociferous opposition to BBF are now swearing allegiance to the July 8th agreement. This agreement starts with a reiteration for a BBF solution.

Furthermore, for almost four years Papadopoulos refused flatly to meet with Talat. He even scorned Christofias's efforts to bring them together for a coffee. Then he explained to all of us that Talat is just a puppet and that it would be a waste of time meeting with him. Now, unashamedly he is calling for meetings with Talat and he wants people to believe that this is not an election ploy.

Kifeas, GR and his blind supporters may believe him but the majority of the Greek Cypriots and all the people that matter in the international community are not stupid Franks. We have had enough of him.

Daemon, I wished you drop the 'semi-barbarian' epiphet from your posts. It makes you a supremacist . Get of your high horse and learn the meaning of the word. As a Cypriot I find that word offensive. Gadalavis? Anladin mi?

Bananiot do you want to pass a message onto the president?
