Really don't see what all the fuss is about, we can put as many flags as we wish in the TRNC whats it got to do with GCs or the "RoC". They are facing north towards Turkey and a sign of our good relations with those that not only support us financially but are always morally by our sides. Why should we put up flags of GC states run by GCs for GCs.

Whats it to you, you have your GC state yet you deny me my TC state, even with non recognition and isolation Tcs are happier being allies with Turkey with all its faults then be a minority in a state run by GCs.

You fight for what you want but you cannot deny me my right to fight for what I believe, if all those countries recognize and support you why dont they help you? go try resolve your problem with them and see how far it will get you.

Your obsessive hatred of the G/Cs , people that not only you have never interacted with , but have never judging by your warped assessment of them , even sat down with and shared a civil drink , be it a coffee or anything else. Let me me remind you that prior to the fanatics we lived and interacted happily together for years , I personally have posted on a number of occasions that as a child I lived in an orphanage and shared dormitories with T/C kids , never once do I recall any conflict because they were T/Cs. I suggest that people like you and some others with whom only recently I challenged ARE the main obstacle to a united peaceful Cyprus. As for those wretched symbols on the mountains of Cyprus they represent all that is anachronistic and unsophisticated in a land occupied by a third world nation. The T/Cs are not happy with this , but being a minority in a Turkish controlled area there is nothing they can do .
Out of 20 T/Cs that I asked in the UK for their views on the Turkish flags NONE agreed in fact ALL created strongly such exhibitionism.

You do not sound at all confident or convincing in your arguments. Well I would like to inform you that I have GC friends and we get on fine, I have no problem with them as people just like I have no problem with Italians or English but this does not mean I would like to be ruled by GCs as I do not believe in their integrity or sincerity in dealing with TCs in a united Cyprus. Our history is testament to this fact, that's why although I still try to keep an open mind about unification under a BBF there has to be many safeguards to insure both sides stick by the rules and do not try to oust the other partner.

Humanist look at it from this side of the divide, the problem is trust TCs do not feel the GCs will act in a democratic way when it comes to TCs in a united Cyprus that's why I have to know exactly what I getting myself into if we are ever to unite otherwise no deal, we can stay like this forever.
