I am glad he is still playing...if you see him send him my regard... from Elena his classmate from Lukeio

Lost contact with him! Did not know about the Prague part...before lost contact with him he was studying in Cyprus!

How is Kwstantinos/Tinos? Did he recover?

Bananiot,

With large numbers of Brits living and visiting Cyprus, I'm very surprised Badminton Courts are a rare and hard to find. Growing up in the UK, everyone I knew going to school and college played the game. after so many years of not playing, I had recently picked up the sport again here in Switzerland, and to my amazement, I have not lost my touch too much after being absent from the sport for so many years. I just can't leap as high as I use to, to make a smash. Next time I'm in Cyprus, we need to arrange a game or two.

LENA, I probably tought you at school (Apostolos Varnavas), I remember I tought Demetris when he was in the 1st form. Were you in the same class? Constantinos has not recovered I am afraid, at least not to the stage to play badminton, let alone at international standard.

Kikapu, I am looking forward to meeting you on the court!

I told you that I remembered you teaching me. I guess I was wrong on the subject and the year! Yes we were in the same class for 3 years with Dimitris, Marina and Stella that Ι bet you know.

I am really sorry about Tinos. The whole thing was terrible. At least have he stopped all those surgeries or he is still going through all that.

By the way, I really have a bad memory. What was the subject you were teaching us? And I was a crap student too!

Used to love playing badminton. I was never any good at it, lost more than I won, but none the less, I always found it very enjoyable to play.

hi,
I'll try to refresh this old topic :-)

I stay currently in LCA and I was looking for a place to play badminton. I'm pure amateur, playing regularly last few years. I've found couple of contacts to clubs in Nicosia, but nothing in Larnaca. Can anybody recommend some place where to play this great game?
Preferable is Larnaca, but Nicosia is also OK.
