Is this a genuine document?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

you cannot speak of the 1960 agreements as bits or pieces but as a whole, you want the 1960 agreemnts then you take the whole pie, everyone back to there houses unless the exchange them with g/c properties in a mutual exchange, immediate troop reductions to 1960 levels, and settlers or illegals go bye bye.

They will have to abandon their properties immediately though.

What if they invested or damaged those properties? There are so many settlers who built new houses on GC land and planted citrus , olive trees etc.

So the citizenships given because of naturalization by so-called TRNC will be considered null? And what about their Cyprus born children?

well in if we would like to go back to the 1960 agreements yes,and i also think the national gurad would automatically be null and void if we go back to the 1960 agreements correct?it did not exist in 1960.

Yes, I got the idea but as I said I didn't like this give and take stuff. If all those settlers who came or brought to North 30-20 years ago and their children are forced to leave the GC properties immediately and eventually Cyprus; I'm sure they would first go and kill the one who proposed such thing. Then they would go and kill the persons who signed such an agreement. Finally they would go and kill Denktash and Eroglu.

In case of a solution found reunification of Cyprus; undoubtly they should gradually abandon GC properties and if they wish to leave Cyprus they leave. However if they wish to stay in Cyprus; Turkey and TCCS should offer(provide) them some rehabilitation options. If they don't like what is offered(provided) for their rehabilitation; I'm sure most of them voluntarily abandon Cyprus without making any troubles. Otherwise, I'm sure before they leave they would kill the ones who inhumanely exploited and left them flat.

I'm sure we don't need such an inhumane, irrational give and take method.
