Humanist . . . who is Cyrus, he has a nice name.

But really Humanist, stop thinking of men and concentrate on the Cyprus problem . . . we really need to get the country unified you know :D

....are you so poor on your history. Cyrus the founder of a Persian Dienasty. He had eyes on Cyprus (Cyrus the Great) Ooops : Dynasty

"Dienasty" . . . another Daffy Deniz Diphthong . . .

I'll have you know that the difference between a dynasty and a dienasty is that the latter is well and truly dead and did so in a nasty way!

Guys I didn't write it because I didn't want people regurgitating the bad things I would of wrote.

You guys even went on and on about the prostitutes in the TRNC. I just didn't want to do it because I know I would of ended up regretting it later, and I knew it would of been repeated to death.

No one had anything to do with my decision. Furthermore it was while I was in Cyprus that I asked VP, zan etc if they "minded" me writing it and neither of them objected...zan even wanted me to write it.

I really wouldn't of listened to anyone anyways... :D

 You saw bad things in the "TRNC" and didn't tell us!

That could seriously screw up your mind . . . I think you should unburden yourself. :D We'll help you come to terms with them...

We have a saying in Greek- the thing we treat as a proud family secret is known all over the village. TC no need to worry about exposing the strange goings on in the TRNC. International bodies like the IMF, UN, EU and others have published documents about money laundering, racketeering, strange dealings with casinos, prostitution and women trafficking, illegal immigration and the list goes on. Sener Levent has written abou these things many times, one of his articles was titled "The Republic of the Pezevengis" in which he referred to prostitution.

Cypriots of my generation are wondering about what happened to the Turkish Cypriots we knew. How they can stand this circus going on around them. I know VP and Zan are going to jump on my head about how they were persecuted etc. But even when persecuted these people kept their dignity and pride. Now they have to see this crap going on around them and they take it. This is the mystery.

Well minus the casinos the same is going on in the RoC too, but while it's just a 'minor problem' when it comes to the RoC...which is hardly paid any attention to....

It's a different story all together with the TRNC...people act so shocked and repulsed even though the same things are happening in the RoC. It's unbelievable sometimes...

The same things? Like giving high profile fugitives sanctuary from INTERPOL?

Money laundering when we have the EU poking its nose in every financial nook and cranny? Just not possible.

They forced the RoC to change a whole list of laws including company and shipping registration rules to satisfy EU standards.

No, TC, things are not AT ALL like they are in the RoC.
