It is our pleasure to announce that we have been awarded the rights to sell the released blocks of seabed surrounding the Cyprus coastline by the government.

All blocks have been equally divided into areas of 1 (one) Square Meter plots and will be sold on an allocation draw and on a first come first served bases.

There are ONLY 3,500.000 plots available!

Title deeds will be issued after full payment is received, please note due to internal paperwork and mortgage commitments. We anticipate title deeds will be finalized in approximately 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) years.

Ongoing yearly maintenance costs will be kept at a minimum and are expected to be in the region of $7,500 (£2,984CYP) PA (payable in-advance).

There is NO restriction on the amount of plots that will be sold to any one person or company, applications are invited from Cypriot residents and those living abroad. Please note 28% of plots have already been allocated F.O.C to Cyprus government politicians, employees, their direct family and neighbours.

The plots are being sold on an automatic re-lease (re-chargeable) contract, renewable every 5 (five) years. Invoices will be payable in-advance 6 (six) months prior to contract end. Non payment of said invoice will result in loss of ongoing profits.

We anticipate profits to materialize by year 2021, and forecasted to be 5000% of the original investment.

Price: $36.000 (£14,323CYP) per 1 (one) meter plot.

Not so long ago some enterprising guy in the UK was selling building plots on the moon complete with title deeds .

Apparently he made a fortune ~ and will probably be selling again this Christmas .
