So nothing changes in Nigeria then. I wonder if you still have to 'dash' officials to get in, out or around in the Country. It has got to be or has been the most corrupt nation on the planet which I guess eventually spreads to all corners of the society.
It is alleged that a large percentage of the worlds stolen vehicles, plant & anything else worth anything eventually finds it's way to Nigeria & it would appear by all reports that they are elevating themselves to white collar crime now.
How very sad for a nation that has vast natural resource wealth that does not reach it's people but is syphoned off by a few in power until the next coup.
