Rocky Horror Picture Show, because you HAVE to see that in a theater to understand. ok, cheap budget, but great actors, good music, and the whole theme of the movie--"Don't Dream It--Be It" is very positive.

Before the Rain (1994) juxtaposes beauty and ugliness amidst war afflicted Macedonia with very talented actors, gorgeous scenery, skillful cinematography, and a setting that hops from London to Macedonia. The plot contains some unpredictable twists and turns. It's billed as a love story, but the director, himself Macedonian, was undoubtedly politically motivated.
