Paying for furniture

Postby EasyE » Tue Nov 06, 2007 11:43 pm

People, need some advice please. We are about to kit out our pad and would like to know something. In the UK, its not a problem, but having read a topic on here I need to ask something. When do we pay for furniture, and how? I mean, do we pay when we sign up? or do we pay on delivery?

Your comments would be appreciated.

Hi - We paid a deposit in the store as our sofas were ordered from Italy in the TAF store in Larnaca then when they were ready we had cheques raised by our bank in Cyprus then paid the driver who was all set up with a proper receipt, everybody told us not to pay until the goods were delivered, and I must say everybody arrived on time we were impressed hope this helps.

One other thing. I can not find one company that sells decent looking sofa beds - any ideas?
