Coral bay Marina

Any news of the new marina near coral bay? Last I heard it was scheduled to start Jan 2008(wishful thinking?)

Ahh, the old nugget of the Coral Bay Marina. Nothing has happened since I heard about it 5 years ago & my money is on nothing happening for at least the next 5 ! What tickles me is how developers have the nerve to call projects names like "Marina View" etc - perhaps they all can see into the future unlike us lesser mortals !
