to be honest i joined this forum to get in touch with GC's and try to understand them . Up to opening of the gates i didn't get chance to meet any GC's . İ was thinking forum might help me to get each other , talk each other , share their and our feelings BUT it didn't help at all. İt showed me how far away between each other . My hopes are finished. İ did have few nice and good friends as well we can live with them forever.
Result is ZERO and ZERO.
Also i am thinkig not to involed in this forum . İ might just pop in and read some times BUT i will not forget my few friends that i did have from this forum.

Haha, another board I post at every once in a blue moon had a "Karma" feature. Members could praise or smite each other and positive or negative karma would appear under their avatar. You could praise and smite once per day.

They ultimately suspended it because people ganged up to smite certain members, and those members struck back causing smite wars. The topics at hand could be discussed as members could not look past a meaningless electronic ego shock/massage. Absolutely hilarious.

I am sorry you feel like that Halil. It would be a sad day to give up the forum for reasons you stated. There is plenty shite from all corners of the forum, just know when to duck. Really, just carry on I feel your contribution has its benefits to all of us. We are constantly learning from each other. The absence of Your posts will create an inbalance of opinions.

I am against all this for some reasons.

1. This forum is not made for people who know very well English or they were born in an English speaking country so they have the advantage of the language. I am sorry Lana, I was born and raised in Cyprus and speaking, reading and writing for ages now in Greek. The fact that I learn English do not make my English perfect so I tend to do mistakes so as other people. We are only humans. Also with that way is like you are saying to people who their English are even worst than mine that no we do not want you round here. Thats racist.

2. When i became a member to this forum i was looking the number of posts and the date that people came to this forum so i can understand how often they post, how well they know the other forum members, how much bothered they are with this forum etc. It was a matter of respect not that I am saying that i showed less respect to new members but for me that count.

As for the titles...professor, advance member etc...thats not needed in my opinion anyway but at least makes GR and Deniz happy!

Also I thought this forum was a democratic one and people could post whatever they wanted and how much they wanted if they did not insult any other members. Now is going to change? We already had members that complained about this forum...what will happen from 2008?
