Yianna state primary schools are free, you dont pay anything for the books either but you have to buy the uniform and he bag, file etc. The uniform does not cost that much anyway!

If you are talking about private primary schools well there are fees!

State schools just require a small registration fee. Almost all books are given to students for free. Maybe they will just have to buy 2-3 books that will not be expensive. Uniform price depends on quality but if you want you can buy them very very cheap, like less than 10 pounds, but even if you want to buy a better quality they are cheaper than the clothes your kids would usually wear. You will need to buy a backpack, pencils and that kind of things but unless you want to get some name brands then they wouldn't be expensive.

My girls school fees are about £300 - £350 per term. Uniform about £200 each. Books at senior school around another £200 although I wouldn't think the primary department at their school would be as expensive.
