Just a reminder that this years Dhekelia Dash is being held on the 17th of November at Dhekelia Garrison. This is an open event for anyone who wishes to attend (no military passes required for the day) There will be in excess of 60 stalls, childrens play area includiing bouncy castle & pony rides. There will also be a car show and car boot sale as well as a parachute display on the day of the event. This event kicks off at 9:00am on the 17th of November, access will be through a temporary gate located next to the Dhekelia Rd roundabout near the Eko Garrage.

This is a yearly event put on by the Garrison with all proceeds going to various charities including local, British and the Army Benevolent Fund.

For those interested, the Cyprus Aphrodite Half Marathon will take place in Paphos on Sunday 25 November. It is the biggest road race in Cyprus and offers cash prizes to winners:
