Chrisp,

so you are doing this for your mum, not as a business ?

If its just for your mum, then anywhere will do, finikoudes, unless you are loaded, forget it.

But if its for your mum, why not.

Is this a serious question, really?

The curiosity house in larnaca, behind Ermou used to be a coffee/tea shop. They had art exhibitions and talks and was mainly directed at the middle aged to mature generation who wanted to have drink and chat without all the noise and pollution and chat with like minded people. Although I was only 30 at the time it was running, I loved it as it was like and "olde world tea shoppe." Shame! It would be nice to have something like that again.
There is also one opened up near the old cinema near the Acadamy. I don;t know if it's still open. You could check and see if you could take it over.

I'll keep my eyes open.
