And you thus unnecessarily help Cyprus to be warmer and drier with your polluting exhaust gases emitting CO2

And you thus unnecessarily help Cyprus to be warmer and drier with your polluting exhaust gases emitting CO2, a great selfish action for a minute's extra comfort -- thanks a lot!

More's the pity! Recycling is essential in this day and age and anyone who doe not do his bit in this regard is an egocentric moron. It is this attitude that creates the scenarios that Antreis is justly fighting against in this forum. Apart from that, recyclable material that is not recycled only create the need for more unsightly landfills and Cyprus does not have enough land for that, apart from the fact that all landfills are polluting.
There is no excuse for not recycling, at the very least, paper and cardboard, PET bottles, alu drinks cans and other aluminium, and glass bottles and the means are available if you would only avail yourself of them. Also, did you know that if you put anything electrical or electronic in with the ordinary rubbish, it is a criminal offence? It has to be recycled.
