Has anyone understood anything from all these arguments?

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

If you are trying to put fine points on this thing and ask people to find a definitive history then forget it.....Birkibrisli tried many times and failed miserably.... :?

It is not Birkibrisli who failed but you, because the truth doesn't suit you.

Deniz , something like same old same old.

I asked a question Humanist :? :? :?

As for what drives me.......Fair play. My people are asking for it to the last as far as I can see...I am asking for nothing more than they are. It is you that wants me to give into your unfair demands....

I hope you did not take it the wrong way Umit??? I am still not sure how this works...Sorry mate!

Well zan I am proposing we set up little groups and dicuss a certain element of the problem in each and each group come out with a joint decleration on what has been agreed on. Later all the points which have not been resolved will go through another small group . In the end I wanna see if we can actually come up with a plan which is largely accepted.

The reason I am saying this is that the Greek politicians constantly make 3 demands of

1. Everyone go back to their old property
2. All settlers go back
3.Entire withdrawal and ending of garantour treaties.
4. TC's having NO veto right at all.

But when we look at the stuff between th lines the only things they can't stand is Turkish troops staying and the garantour treaties. We don't mind the troops going back but the gar. treaties have to stay on the North of the island.

Zan it doesn't seem like any others are intersted. Everyone just seems to enjoy the conflict so much.
