Very nice and I'm very envious but I guess it's out of reach of many on this forum ~ well certainly me that's for sure.

It would be my dream to own such a property but I guess that I couldn't even afford to heat it let alone buy it .

well, not to disrespect or anything but in my honest opinion this house looks horrible, no taste of... well no taste at all.. Its a box... probably made by a lazy Civil engineer... furniture and a kitchen are hideous. What a waste of space in the atrium, bad choice of materials and colors... i guess its a crime against interior design and architecture in general.
Sorry, i couldn't resist... in the past 5 years i have worked on almost 300 houses and this one is the worst.

i respect your opinion fair enough, but horses for courses. Not everyone wants an oddly shaped house, simple cube do the job too.

regarding the furniture, well i did say its not really part of the house you can even have them or throw them, the sellers don't want them.

I visitied the house and i am telling you it is has a very nice layout internally. its colours may not suit all, but hey if you want to chose your own colours build your own.

Goes without saying, a resale comes as it is. You have to see the whole house to be able to judge it fairly.

judging a book by its cover springs to mind.
