What it is is that I bought a TV for around £400, but because of it's size it would not fit in the space allocated. So I replaced it in the store for a cheaper TV for around £320, which fitted in like a glove. However when replacing it, the store would not give me my money back (price difference) and instead gave me some vouchers (which to be honest I don't want, I would rather have the money).
Am I not entitled to my money back?
I thought consumers had the right of a full refund if the item was unused and returned within a suitable amount of time. I returned it instantly.
Does the European Union not change things in terms of consumer law?
I would appreciate any sensible feedback.
Which European Union? is your case related to funding a project by EU in Cyprus? If not we do not know what EU is. You have to deal with Afghanistan- they have better rules than the Ottoman afftected rules in Cyprus.
