END THE CYPRUS OCCUPATION: Senator Robert Menedez

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

We wouldn't challenge anything. We challenged the 1960 agreements and the
Turks started a civil war because of it.

You didn’t challenge in a legal way you just destroyed illegally the constitution.

If you recognize the "TRNC" you can apply to their property commission and they
will compensate you or let you live under their rule like the engklovismenous.
Annan plan was just a translation of the "TRNC" to "TC component state".

This is what maybe what you should do.

Stop posting rubbish and look up the word "PROPOSAL" as in Makarios' 13 proposals.

Maybe in the begging was a proposal but it didn’t end like one when Makarios decided partially and illegally to
destroy the constitution against everyone (especially Greece) will.

This issue has nothing to do with the right to challenge provisions that it may be ended against human rights (when For example a family would stay in the northern state for some decades with out the ability to have the internal Citizenship status) and could be challenged in ECHR. Of course this could happen at least after 20 years where the implementation of the plan would be completed.

Strange how everything Daemon says is rubbished. Sotos on the other hand can say the most ridiculous things and nobody dare challenge him.

I cant believe Sotos can get away with accusing the TCs of starting a civil war. Anybody with the slightest knowledge of Cyprus history would know this was a lie.

Sotos, do you have no shame? How many people do you think you could fool with such rubbish?

The constitution was destroyed from what happened at 63 and that’s why the federation appear as a possible solution for the problem and the proposals until 74 was based in the federation formula (and against that form of solution USA suggested also Enosis that could solve the problem) and in reality the constitution was partially inactive like it is today.
