Dont want to argue..
But It is not reality for us..
Yerevan, can you wrong?
No chance? never?
Maybe You are the one who lied?

Because all your lives you were taught lies. It's not easy for Turkish people all of a sudden to accept the reality.

You kept saying that Armenians are treated well in Turkey today. Are you stupid? Armenians living in Turkey today just shut their mouths and get on with their lives, otherwise they know there will be problems. They have no security over there if they wanted to speak freely about anything, because there is no free speech in Turkey.

Basically, we'll let you live your life as long as you shut up and get on with it.

Also, why is it that there are many Turkish people that accept the Armenian massacres as Genocide? Go on, tell me why there are? I remember reading about 6 or 7 years ago, that a Turkish man was going to pay a certain amount of money (i think it was like a couple hundred dollars or something) per month out of his own pocket for the rest of his life to compensate for the genocide.

And what do you say about "Turkey's best-known novelist", Orhan Pamuk who received death threats and was accused of "insulting" Turkey, because he said “in Turkey, one million Armenians and 30,000 Kurds were killed”. I don't know anything about this author, but he seems quite popular just by typing his name into Google News.

I was also reading about Selcuk Tezgel, another author who said a similar thing about the Armenian Genocide back in 1999.

You all know deep down that it was Genocide, but its hard to believe the truth when you have been taught to deny it your whole life. Its hard to change your stance on something like this.

They think that by closing their eyes and denying the Genocide, the problem would somehow go away.
