Thanks, your correct, it was a plumber versus a builder. I just pestered the hell out of them until they gaved in and di the job. Eventually I found the guys dad and told him, the guy kind of got embarassed and ran to do the job. The main problem is that some bosses could not care less, leaving the staff to mess everything up for the client. So I have to be the bad person instead of the boss. Which sucks!!!!
