It's started, the UK and TK trade Agreement!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

He talks about our isolations being "imaginary" and about making sense within the same thread and expects a serious reply, im just sick of regurgitating the same crap over and over again to be honest...

Eric, do not be so happy. If a clear division was concluded then the big loosers of this story will be the Tcs.In two years their president will be the Mustafa from Anatolia.

So? shoudnt you be more concerned about losing 37% of your island than whats going to happen in the north?

It will not be 37 per cent but 26 per cent- much better than 100 per cent

Well, Viewpoint at least you acknowledge it is our island.

So now YOU know and ADMIT what we have been saying all along!

You are taking something that is NOT YOURS!

What does that make you . . . . a THIEF!

Nothing more than a slip of the tongue thing from VP. If there are GCs that claim the whole island is Greek and they are the legal owners then they are certifiable.

Why don't you describe us your isolations Shah and tell us what REAL effect they have on your life?

Even for the fact that your passports are not accepted you have 3 other options: RoC passport, Turkish passport, British passport, or even just a visa.
Has your isolation had any effect on selling stolen Gc properties and doubling your standard of living within 4 years?

Come on tell us we are full of ears.

Don't hold on to what you know is not yours! That's doubly wrong, VP!

I thought that there were a couple of countries that recognized the TRNC Passport as a ligitimate travel document (Azerbaijan, Switzerland for example).

In any case, this protocol of Britain and Turkey regarding Northern Cyprus is another small crack in the dam. Of course, there won't be formal recognition (because one would have to pay lip service to the UN Resolutions), but if further cracks occur, the end result will be like the Republic of China (Taiwan), of everything short of formal recognition. And when that happens, you might as well kiss goodbye to the reunification dream. GR says not to read too much into the act, but it is also foolish to read too little into it. Time however, is running out.
