PeterC,

the prices quoted are only guide prices and not what they are going for.

I am willing to bet you that they will all be surpassed and in many cases more than the real value of the property. Usually people who know nothing about property values push up the prices, although you can still get reasonably priced properties at auctions.

One tip, don't buy a property without having seen it first. You never know what you are actually buying.

there are better bargains around
and co-investing gives you an even better range of properties

As said you dont know how high they will go far . ithnk the pyia 1 bed will be 70000cy +better to go and look for your self

in my experience most of the properties at auction are gennerally about 10% under market value or i would doubt that there would be much interest shown.There is a new auction company that has recently opened and are having there first auction very soon. it is certainly a very professional company from from what i can find out hope this is of some help
