soon i will be posting my dance, but i am not as good as any of these ladies.... i have only been studying for 3 yeares, but i just performed at a family reunion and was a hit. first time i danced for a crowd that big--about 100 people. i was nervous, but i got hypnotised to help with the stage fright and it helped alot!

Nah,  they put me to sleep. The belly dancing was less Turkish and more Lebanese with a twist of America thrown in.(probably)
But as you profess to be a Hellene (since you brought it up) what part of the Hellenic world are the Polynesians hail from. Why bring in the Hellenic or Turkish angle into this equation. I hope you are not showing 'racist' tendencies.

Polynesia is a Greek word . . . Many Islands.
The Turkish angle is that if the Hellenes colonised the Polynesian isles . . . the Turks would have followed and claimed half of them.
