that is not a fake. It can be done with a tripod and slow shutter speed. I know cause I have shot a lot of similar shots like that

Look at the drops of water around the bird. You can take them like that only with fast shutter speed but to take the bird like that you would need a slow shutter speed. So it is fake

The bird is blurred but the water droplets are not. There is no sign of a delayed flash because the bird would have a point that would be frozen as well. Try it.......
