Thanks for pointing that out . . . and there I was liberally adding it to my family's food.

It is very important to get the test-species right with this dangerous chemical.
There are some bacteria that positively thrive on it . . . the extreme Halophiles of the Dead Sea.
Freshwater fish can't get enough of it and sea-dwelling fish have evolved fancy mechanisms to excrete it.

I could go on . . .

I think in your case you do need to severely restrict it as it does seem to be impairing your faculties.

But did you know devil, there is something even more deadly and lethal in high doses than even monosodium chloride (NaCl) . . . and the planet is absolutely polluted with it (almost 75%) . . .

i think its banned in the U.S and the UK .. I remember a chinese restarant being served a cease and desist order ...to stop them adding it to food
