DO the TC's agree with this statement?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Pyrpolizer » Sat Oct 20, 2007 12:06 am

@Zan

And to make things clearer for you:In case of re-unification you will be living in an environment where you will be economically weak, and less in numbers. Getting out of your isolation means coming into day to day relations and mutual dependence with the Gcs.
What would be for your BEST INTEREST? To be treated as a TURK or be treated as JUST CYPRIOT.

Really Zan my sincere advice to you is to help those who promote the ONLY CYPRIOT idea.

The ONLY CYPRIOT is the only weapon we the Gcs have against our OWN fanatics . DO NOT DEPRIVE US OUR ONLY WEAPON.

I havent heard that word for yonks.
We used to call it Fija = Metaphorically dross, dregs etc. I am only refering to the word itself. (no confusion please)
Never heard it applied to humans, but I see the point they are making. I think most TCs do not want these settlers, but because of their kind nature they show tacit acceptance of these poor wretches who have most probably been displaced. This kindness is the ruination of the TCs. Soon they will be politically flooded.

Propably they started using it well after 1974 Deniz? Did you leave in 1963??

Last saw my village in 1963. Till two years ago.

I wouldn't call the mainlanders "trash", they are not trash at all. They're lovely in their own enviroment but in Cyprus the cultures clash completely and I see some of them as a threat!

I think I said this before but what type of Turk leaves the motherland to go live in an unrecognised country anyways? All my family over there used to tell me that I should move over there when I'm older "coz you're a real Turk"...

Killing a lamb, throwing it in the yard for 3 days until it swells, and then butcher it and cook it (because according to them it gets tastier) is TRASH for the Gcs.

NB. this is what settlers in Karpaz were doing.

Yet true my friend. If it gives you any comfort those settlers were Kurds.

I can give you other examples like using the toilet for their animals to drink water and the bathtap to place their food.

We had many thousand Gcs living in Karpaz T_C. They witnessed all these events, and I heard them from too many.

if I remember well they were also throwing away the chairs as they liked sitting on the floor.

Well I don't know Pyro...I'll give you the benefit of the doubt but the toilets in Karpaz are nothing more than very deep holes in the ground and you can smell them for miles away..... :?

What a hypocrite you are...

Listen here you moron, and I don't get this angry very often...I would protect them if they were the children of the murderers of my mother. They are children and not responsible for their fathers sins.....Don't judge every one by your own filthy standards OK......Don't you dare question my integrity you piece of shit.

How ironic that Turkish Cypriots today have difficulty accepting the Turks coming to stay in Cyprus despite having a common language and religion with them yet cannot see why Christian Greek Cypriots never wanted to be with the invading Ottomans… their forefathers.

Today we are being blackmailed to negotiate power with these people or give them a separate state just so that history may repeat itself when they later find themselves to be negotiating with blackmailing Turks over half of their half!
