Well here goes i am trying to sell my apartment and the so called experts or sharks i like to call them seem not to have a clue on getting a price between then that seems credible, i realise they want it on there books for the least time and get the most commission. If anyone out there is interested let me know, i am realistic about the price will leave it fully furnished if price is ok and will save a packet on giving it to the agents, sorry SHARKS
