Hi i was recently given a scooter and have been learning to drive it since.
But how old do i have to be to get my licence (provisional?).
I heard its 17 but i know so many people who are younger than that and they drive there bikes everywhere.
I've searched so many websites and i still cant find the information.

17 if it is up to 50cc, 18 if it is more than 50cc.

Those that drive them at younger age do so illegally.
