Be careful if you should consider to buy a property from www.cyprus-seaterra.com as there could be problems with land ownership

That applies to just about everty developer/builder.
There is a growing movement to get the problem of title deeds sorted out, When we start seriously looking at property next April we will not consider any property without the title deeds available.

Anyone here researched the possibility of buying land and then putting in there a mobile home? It should not need building permits etc, nor any kind of title deed (for the home that is) as it is not "real property". As long as the land is adequately landscaped and cared for it might even be more appealing aesthetically than some ugly flat.
