Lounza and Hiromeri definitely have their merits, but when you want a decent ham sandwich you need something milder, without the heavy wine and smoky flavor, and for that you cannot beat good French Jambon.

All too often lately I have been noticing square slabs of ham, but I have never seen a pig with square legs, or have I been out of touch?

Its probably chinese pigs. Have you seen what they've done to watermelons?

That's the japanese and the square watermelons...coz they stack better in supermarkets
