Cyprus rose from the sea some 11 Billion years ago from volcanic activity on what was then a Troodos island. Since then, the African continent has been on collision with Europe and Cyprus has been getting squeezed further upwards and out of the sea-bed. (So it's getting bigger ! :D )

However, it now looks like Turkey and Greece are on their way to join us whether we want them to or not!

I just can't get the image out of my mind of Cyprus rising up out of the water whilst a great fanfare is playing and a Greek man on the back of a donkey on top of the Troodos mountains. Has anyone done a study of how closely related the Cypriot blood is with the donkey?????

Yes the Cypriot blood is as related to the donkey as the Turkish blood is, brother.

However, major problem with your imagery . . . no life-forms 11 Billion years ago!
