Weddings In Pafos

Postby Yorkshirefolk » Wed Oct 10, 2007 7:29 pm

Hi everyone,
We've just got back to the UK after our wedding in Cyprus.
We got married on the 14th September at the Pillar of St. Paul church (beautiful church and grounds and a very welcoming priest!) and had a full catholic wedding.

I'm posting to give thanks in particular to our reception venue and to spread the good word on their behalf.

We had the reception at Zaffron, (www.zaffronweddings.co.uk) and I have to say thanks to Stella, Budge and all the staff involved for making our day absolutely outstanding.
Stella's a fantastic organiser, there's no pressure to spend outside your budget but she will assist wherever and whenever you need.
Budge, what a Chef! the food is outstanding! We're regular visitors to Cyprus and have had some good food, but theirs (banofee pie in particular!) is one of the best.

We've gone through the whole experience of planning a wedding from another country and thoroughly enjoyed the experience... if anyone out there is thinking of doing the same.... what are you waiting for!!!
If we can help or advise anyone just send us a post and we'll tell you how we found it.

There's so much I could say about the day but I'd best stop for now!
